Location: 16F, Cobi Tower II, 2-4 street8, Tan My Ward, HCMC

Working hours: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive to expand our bakery business into international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities with overseas clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring sustainable business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage export sales for bakery products (e.g., frozen bread, pastries, bakery ingredients,…).
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in target export markets (ASEAN, Middle East, Africa, etc.).
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and key customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned regions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, logistics, QA/QC, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare export-related documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, customs, food safety standards, etc.).
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report regularly to management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in export sales, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
  • Experience with food handling/export documentation is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Salary: Negotiate
