RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The above is an example of a typical Cobi Group recruitment process. However, depending on the circumstances, the process may be altered; for example, the first and second interviews may be held concurrently, or an Ability Test may be required for specific positions.
The interview will take place in the order that the CV was received. When a candidate is hired, the recruitment position can be closed as soon as possible.
